  By far the best costumer service I’ve ever had! My salesman Issac was amazing not pushy and got me what I wanted did not try to up sell or push me to something I didn’t want. And even after I bought the service I received was top notch. They really do take care of their customers after the purchase. I purchased my 2018 f150 in november and it was having transmission issues it went to the shop 4 times for the same issue. Everytime I had to bring it back they had a loaner or a rental ready for me warm and ready to go. After the fourth time ford engineers could not figure out the problem (heartland was just doing what they where told by ford) I got a call from the manager saying I was going to get a new truck. Ford could not figure out the problem and ford wanted my truck to stay there till they could figure it out. Griff said that’s not good enough so he did his best and got me into another truck there were no available trucks like mine around so we walked around the lot and I saw one that I liked and he set it up and paid to replace all the aftermarket features that couldn’t be taken off the old truck. There was no extra cost to me and no added time or money onto my lease they took care of me even when ford wouldn’t I can’t give this dealer a better review 6 out of five stars for sure hands down the best dealer I’ve ever bought from can not recommend them enough
